By using startvia.net or ordering any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. StartVia is a trademark owned by LULU GLOBAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
1. The service
StartVia helps clients through the process of forming US companies and related services, such as filing the formation application, registered agent service, operating agreement, federal tax ID (EIN), help with opening bank accounts and setting up payment solutions, and domain, hosting and landing page services.
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents.
- Respond to information requests in a timely manner. Any delay on your side delays the service.
- Use the company for lawful purposes only.
- Comply with the state's annual requirements and taxes after formation, unless they are expressly included in your package.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and are StartVia's service fees.
- Package prices include the government filing fee for forming the company in the State of New Mexico only.
- Formation in any other state is subject to an additional cost agreed with the client before we start, including that state's government fees.
- Annual or renewal fees charged by the state after formation are not included unless stated otherwise.
- Work begins once payment is complete.
4. Package services
Included services depend on the package chosen, as shown on the website at the time of payment. The following terms apply:
- Registered agent: included for the first year only. Renewal after that is the client’s responsibility.
- US phone number (GROW and PRO): provided through a third-party provider and subject to its terms. Keeping the number may require renewal fees paid by the client.
- Guides (GROW): provided as written guidance. The client carries out the steps themselves.
- Hands-on bank and Stripe help (PRO): we work with the client to prepare and submit the application until a decision is made, but approval and activation are solely the decision of the bank or Stripe. A rejection is not a failure of our service and does not entitle the client to any refund.
- Domain and hosting (PRO): included for the first year only. Renewal after that is the client’s responsibility.
- Landing page (PRO): one introductory page built from the information the client provides about their business, including two rounds of revisions. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of their business content.
- Annual obligations guidance (PRO): a general explanation of the company’s recurring requirements. It is not legal or tax advice and does not include filing returns or paying fees on the client’s behalf.
- Priority processing (PRO): means we handle your order before standard orders. It does not affect processing times at government agencies or third parties.
- One year of WhatsApp support (PRO): starts on the payment date, is available during business hours, 9 am to 4 pm, and covers questions about the company and the services provided.
5. Refunds and cancellation
All amounts paid are non-refundable, and orders cannot be cancelled after payment. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Timelines
Any timelines we give are estimates and depend on government agencies, third parties and how quickly the client provides information. We are not responsible for delays caused by these parties.
7. Third-party decisions
Approval of bank accounts, payment accounts or tax ID numbers is the sole decision of the relevant institution. We do not guarantee approval by any bank, financial institution or government agency.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability will never exceed the amount you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits.
9. Refusal of service
We may refuse or stop any order if the information is found to be inaccurate, the activity is unlawful, or it exposes us to legal or regulatory risk.
10. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, design and logos, belongs to StartVia and may not be copied or used without written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. Changes take effect from the date they are posted on this page.
