Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete.

1. Cancellation after payment

Work on your order starts right after payment, so we do not accept cancellation requests after that point. If the client decides to stop the order on their side, no amounts paid will be refunded.

2. Before payment

You can withdraw your request at any time before payment at no cost.

3. Suspension by us

We may suspend an order if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, the activity is unlawful, or the client does not respond to information requests for a long period, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
