1. No refunds

As soon as payment is complete, we start preparing your order and reserving the related services. For this reason, no fees paid are refundable, whether package fees, government fees or third-party fees, in all cases, including:

• The client changes their mind or decides not to form the company after paying.
• The client is late in providing the required information or documents.
• The client provides inaccurate or incomplete information.
• A bank, financial institution or government agency rejects the client's application.
• Government agencies or third parties are slow to process.

2. Before you pay

Please read the package details and this policy carefully, and contact us with any questions before paying. Completing payment means you accept this policy.
